Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be crafted before shipping. Custom or high-volume orders may take a bit longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Methods & Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. All orders are shipped via trusted carriers with tracking included.

Delivery Time:

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days (U.S. only). Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the season.

Tracking Your Order:

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order is on its way. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam or contact us!

Lost or Delayed Packages:

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are with the carrier. However, if something goes wrong, please reach out—we’re happy to help guide you through next steps.
