1. Product Information

All tumblers are handmade, which means slight variations in color, design, or glitter placement may occur. These unique touches are what make each item special!

2. Processing Time

Please allow 10–15 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Custom orders may require additional time, which will be communicated at checkout or via email.

3. Shipping

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused during transit. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your delivery.

4. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery for a resolution. (See full Return Policy.)

5. Payment

We accept secure payments through major credit cards and PayPal. All transactions are processed in USD.
